Things to consider before you hire
Security gatehouses can be used for site security, access control, visitor check-in, delivery check-in, toll points and temporary kiosks. Understanding the main use will help determine which size is most suitable.
The 4ft gatehouse is the more compact option and suits sites where space at the entrance is limited. The 6ft gatehouse provides more room, making it better for longer shifts, paperwork, equipment or visitor management.
Security gatehouses require a mains 240v power supply or a suitable generator to operate the lighting, heating and power points. If power is not available near the entrance, this will need to be considered before delivery.
The gatehouse should be positioned on solid, level ground with suitable access for delivery. It should also be placed close to the entrance or access point it will serve.
